In the same way you would use a Home Staging company to help your potential clients envision what your house could look like furniture, we now offer New Home Technology Staging. Technology Staging is a low risk implementation of a base level automation system into your pre-wired finished project. Your clients can get a complete experience of unlocking the potential you’ve built into your house.
Our base builder home automation systems that we would deliver would include:
- basic distributed audio (with speakers installed)
- controlled lighting
- interface to (stand alone) security system
- furnace controls
- main floor wall mounted panel controller
- iOS or Android license
- 3 single gang room controllers – rooms to be determined upon consultation.
In most cases, your client will purchase the system that is installed (~$8,500), but if they decide they don’t want the system, we will remove the system (except for ceiling installed speakers) and we will only change for the components we leave behind.
If your client does purchase the system, we will provide a 2 hour Automation System Orientation in their home when they take possession.
